People often ask what is my favorite type of wine. While frustrating, my answer is invariably, it depends. Am I eating? If so, what? Where am I? Is it February or July? All of this dramatically impacts my wine choice. However, I would never object (if money were no concern) to a Puligny Montrachet and Chambolle Musigny from Burgundy.
